Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Do TecSox audio products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic products, including earbuds and smartwatches, come with a 1-year limited domestic warranty against manufacturing defects.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a unique tracking ID and a link to our logistics partner's portal.
What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or are functionally defective. Please ensure the original packaging is intact.

Which payment methods do you accept?
